You are hereby informed that you have this day been served with a copy of the Petition of Chow-ge-sow the Headman, and others (the gentry) of the village of Hongkong, of which a translation is submitted by direction of His Excellency the Governor in Council to request that you will issue an injunction in Chinese to be served by the Government for final orders.
